Geht ganz schnell und einfach
Rezept für den Parmesankeks
Zutatenliste:
★125 g Mehl
★eine Prise Salz
★einen gestrichenen Teelöffel scharfes Paprika Pulver
★50g Butter
★1 Ei
★ca.100 g geraspelten Parmesankäse
Wie gehts:
Die Zutaten zu einem glatten Teig verkneten, zu einer Kugel formen und ca. eine Stunde kühl lagern.
Backofen auf 175°C Grad
Anzeige:
Den Teig auf einer bemehlten Fläche ausrollen und ausstechen.
Ca. 15 -20 min. auf der mittleren Schiene backen.
Varianten: mit Rosmarin drinne, Chillipulver… vor dem Backen mit Milch bestreichen und mit Sesam bestreuen, tbc….
