Ohhh hmmmm lecker. Mehr konnte ich nicht sagen, als ich meine Frühlingsnudeln das erste Mal probiert habe. Das war in Holland in meinem tollen Auszeiturlaub. (Ohne Kinder, ohne Mann) Der Urlaub, bei dem nichts anderes gemacht habe, als aufs Meer zu gucken, Gin Tonic zu trinken und zu kochen…Gin Tonic in Holland

Zurück zu den Nudeln…
Ich liebe Pasta, ich mag Spargel und kleine Tomaten und esse für mein Leben gerne Schrimps. Also alles drei kombinert und tolle Frühlingsnudeln gekocht.
Das habe ich euch auf Instagram gestellt und habe so einige Rückfragen bekommen! Kannst du nicht mal das Rezept, Wie hast du das gemacht, Das schaut lecker aus..

Rezept: Leckere FrühlingsnudelnRezept Fruehlingsnudeln

Zutaten:

Anzeige:

Ich habe keine Mengenangaben, macht jeweils soviel wie ihr mögt. Der Eine mag mehr Spargel oder mehr Tomaten, ich liebe viele Garnelen… (Ok ich mach euch eine Pi mal Daumen Mengenangabe in Klammern dahinter- berechnet für eine Person, die Hunger hat )

★Schalotte (eine oder zwei kleine)
★Knoblauch (eine oder auch zwei)
★Frühlingszwiebel (eine oder auch zwei)
★Garnelen (wenn es das gibt schon in Knowiöl eingelegt- eine normale Packung- 200 g?)
★Cocktailtomaten (ca. 5-7 stück)
★grüner Spargel (ca. 7 -9 Stangen
★Nudeln (Puhh bei mir waren das frische- ich glaub 100- 150 g)
★Salz
★Pfeffer
★Öl

Wie gehts:

★Die Nudeln kochen und abseihen
Währenddessen
★Die Schalotten und Knowi fein schneiden und i viel Öl dünsten bzw. anbraten
★Die Frühlingszwiebel und den Spargel dazu
★Kurze Zeit später auch die Garnelen dazu und mitanbraten
★zum Schluss noch die halbierten Tomaten zugeben
★Dann die Nudeln dazugeben und alles vermischen
★mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und hmmmm ahhhh ohhhh!
